Bad experience/ complaint

I bought a car at EBK for the past 2-months and i am now struggling to get the car changed into my name. Whenever i engage the dealership i am told the story about someone been sent to department to mark the sold. I am taken from desk to the next. One person to the other. The car was purchased for work purpose and now i cannot use the car because it is not changed into my name. It is a very very bad experience i ever experienced since my journey of purchasing cars from dealerships. I would even a day tell or encourage one to go through this mess.
