Awful experience and 2 days wasted on them

Had a truly awful experience. They mess around and waste your time, they can't even seem to find their heads with a map. We made a deal with them, went home to think about it, drove back the next morning to do the trade-in and purchase as discussed the previous day and suddenly everything had changed, they suddenly couldn't remember what the deal was, completely *****ed up the numbers. They clearly did not want to sell us the car, had a different buyer who had come to test drive the vehicle that morning that they were more keen to sell to, but were still happy to waste 2 hrs of our time before we gave up on the whole scenario. They also don't do the roadworthy or believe that the customer protection act is relevant to them. Don't buy from them...they're more effort than they're worth.
