Avoid buying from them at all cost

On Thursday the 27th September 2024, we purchased a Bakkie from the dealership for my uncle. The consultant who assisted us provided excellent customer service. We asked about the car's condition and were informed that the vehicle was in good shape, only requiring an oil service and should anything happen we have 7 days and they will especially help with towing. Upon departure from the dealership we discovered that the car had no petrol and were forced to use our own money for refueling. The salesperson assured us that we would be refunded, but this never occurred.

On Friday the 28th, as we drove from Gauteng to KwaZulu-Natal, the car began overheating and leaking oil approximately an hour from Johannesburg. The engine top also burst, and the vehicle lost power. We contacted the dealership for assistance, but after waiting an hour, we were informed that since the car had no warranty, they were unable to offer any help.

The manager, who went by the name Bukho, was rude and insensitive. He accused us of abusing the vehicle, stating that he had used it for furniture transportation and encountered no issues. His accusatory tone and unprofessional behavior added insult to injury, as we were left stranded and financially responsible for the vehicle's repairs.

If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership with cash, please be aware that they will not stand by their sales and will provide no assistance should the vehicle encounter issues. They are only interested in making sales. We are currently in the process of repairing the vehicle before pursuing any further steps as it seems that a soft approach does not work with them.
