Bad service provider
This is the worst internet provider with their partners ***o and Tech5, Everything was fine in the beginning,now their network is bad they promised us 30/30mbs yet you only get that’s speed in the morning only then later the internet starts to be slow,you can’t even stream, Yet you can’t get hold of them when you want to enquire. I’m not wishing anyone to join this company.

Bad service provider
This is the worst internet provider with their partners ***o and Tech5, Everything was fine in the beginning,now their network is bad they promised us 30/30mbs yet you only get that’s speed in the morning only then later the internet starts to be slow,you can’t even stream, Yet you can’t get hold of them when you want to enquire. Good day I have a problem with ebanzi Fibre and KayaKonekta since day one their services has been bad we almost everyday have an outage KayaKonekta don't answer your messages , they don't have a line to call.or sms they don't respond to us im frustrated because I app**** from ebanzi now KayaKonekta is my service provider that is useless 2daya without internet no one respond to me May new people never subscribe to this service the worst now im.out of internet i have to submit assignments

Warning: Stay away from @Ebanzi Fibre & kaya konekta! 😡 I've been experiencing outages for days with ZERO response from their WhatsApp or customer service. Unacceptable service and even worse customer support. DO NOT RECOMMEND #EbanziFibre #kaya konekta BadService
