Worst experience.
Unfortunately using Eezi was a tribal experience. Zandri is very friendly and eager, but when it comes to the knowledge and experience of being an estate agent she needs lots more training. Which is Eezi's responsibility. The process of putting in a offer is very unprofessional. The fact that your offer is public information and gets posted on there Website is very *********. Now everytime someone puts in a offer you can counter it with just a bit more, because it is done on line. It is a bidding war!! Zandri is not a full agent with n NQF4 and Did not disclose the fact. She is not allowed by law to work with contracts. The person that is allowed to work with contracts was never present. We didn't even meet her. The contract that Eesi uses are the bare minimum! There is no comparison to other realtors agency's. The condition report is an absolute joke. It is not comprehensive enough so Zandri does not know what questions to ask the seller. So nothing was declared. This was truly a very bad experience from Eezi. They deliver the absolut basic of service. The worst is that Zandri is not to blame. She is not informed enough to give adequate consultation and advice to a sellers. There is nothing Eezi about Eezi Realtors. I would not recommend them.

Agents are permitted to operate while completing the required professional process, provided this is done within the prescribed framework and under supervision. In this case, all documentation and contractual processes were overseen and verified by the responsible, fully qualified practitioner. In addition, the agent’s candidate status is disclosed on her profile and communication.
With regard to disclosures, the Immovable Property Condition/Disclosure Report used in the process is the prescribed industry form and is not a document created by Eazi. We do, however, allow for and encourage additional disclosures where relevant, and we continue to implement our processes in line with the applicable regulations.
In relation to our offer process, our online system is designed to create a transparent and fair environment where all interested parties have the opportunity to submit an offer. The intention is not to disadvantage buyers, but rather to ensure a clear and open process for all parties involved.
Regarding the defects and concerns you raised after the transaction, we have received the list provided and our sales manager has already attempted to make contact to discuss these with you directly and assist where possible.
