Useless, Commission Chasing Agents
They are just Pathetic. Ricardo Galant always making promises and only chasing commission. I am sitting in New property with an Electrical fault and no spare keys which Ricardo Galant was aware of. We waited for over a month for an Electrical contractor to show up for an inspection and no one came. Yet when a forged Electrical COC appeared, Ricardo Galant changed his tune and pretended as if everything was done according to the books.

30 May 2025, 09:30Good day Prince,
We appreciate you sharing your frustration, and the details of your feedback have been taken note of. We are truly sorry for the frustration you're experiencing during what should be an exciting time in your new home.
Independent third-party contractors handle compliance certificates. As the estate agent, we are not in a position to alter their process or influence the outcome, and our role is limited to offering guidance, which we have done to the best of our ability. In this case, the seller chose to appoint their own compliance company, despite our recommendations of providers who have consistently delivered good service in the past.
We are not affiliated with any compliance companies and, unfortunately, cannot guarantee the service they provide.
We have already reached out to the seller regarding the stove and spare keys and will continue to follow up.
Should you wish to lodge a formal complaint about the compliance contractor, we’d be happy to provide you with the relevant contact details for the electrical authorities.
Kind Regards,
The Eazi Real Estate Team.

30 May 2025, 13:13There is nothing wrong on the stove and you people keep saying that to shift blame. Where did you get that information? Did the contractor tell you that? I'm an Electrical and Automation Technician so I know what I'm talking about. Ricardo knows it too if he could be honest enough to admit but that's a bit far fetched for people with such dishonest practices. The faulty/Poor connection is in the Socket Outlets!
I'm not even going to speak on the spare key issue because that outlines your incompetence and If I lose any of my belongings they will be hell to pay. I promise you that!
