Smooth sailing yet crash at arrival
I have bought 5 properties in the past with different agents, after every registration and transfer the agents would show a token of business appreciation with a little "welcome home " gift. However Eazi real estate agent did not.

While we are thrilled to learn that working with us was mostly "smooth sailing", we are sorry that you felt let down with regards to not yet receiving a handover gift from us. At Eazi, we do not provide our agents with handover gifts to give to their clients, rather, the gifts are given at our agent's discretion. In many instances, clients do not receive a gift at all - although we have received confirmation that Christel has gotten you a gift and that she still intends to drop it off.
We have spoken with all parties concerned, and believe that both agents were highly professional throughout the purchasing process. Nevertheless, our sincerest apologies for the delay in handing over your gift, and we hope you will enjoy your new home!
