Seamless experience; incredibly helpful!

My experience with Eazi Real Estate, and specifically with Celia Clark, the agent with whom I was dealing, was so pleasant and painless. Celia was incredibly helpful, always available to answer any questions I had as a newbie buyer. Not once did she ever take advantage of the fact that I was a first-time buyer, with very little knowledge. She gave me so much invaluable insight and advice, and the open channel of communication made me feel very comfortable and secure. I was able to be put all my cards on the table with her, knowing she had my best interests at heart — as well as h those of the seller, without “taking sides” or favouring one over the other. I appreciated the online offer feature on Eazi’s website, where I could make an offer that was not legally binding. The whole process from enquiring about the listing and planning the first viewing right up until the conveyancing attorneys took over was seamless and “eazi”. A real privilege to have had Eazi Real Estate as the agency through which I acquired my new home!
