Poor communication
Although my house was sold within 4 days of listing. I sold my house through Easy and I bought through Easy. They sales lady did not give me a choice to choose and attorney. The Sales agent did not follow my instructions. I told her I would like to use the same attorney to do both transactions. Due to this I now need to move earlier and pay occupational rent of which I didn't budget. I feel Easy agents does not communicate well! Both the agents communication skill are very poor

We have received feedback from all parties concerned and would like to offer our sincere apologies for the less than satisfactory experience you have communicated to have had with us.
While we are sorry you feel that our agent communicated with you poorly, we believe the series of events to have occurred in the following order:
When we first sold your property, you agreed to us appointing an attorney from our panel who we then tried to use again when you bought your property through us at a later stage. Unfortunately, the seller of the property you were purchasing insisted on using their own attorney, which we cannot refuse them the right to do - although we did try. From there, upon your request, we arranged for your existing deal to be moved to the seller’s chosen attorney, which we advised against as we didn’t know the seller's attorney. If anything went wrong, we would not be able to guarantee the level of service you would have received. You then asked that we stick to the original attorney we appointed for your property from the beginning, which we managed to sort out.
It is unfortunate that the attorneys ended up being different, and that you subsequently have had to move earlier and pay occupational rent.
We certainly do appreciate your feedback and will take on board that, as you felt we didn’t communicate this all to you properly during the transaction, we will endeavour to communicate better in the future.
That being said, we are really happy for you that your home has been registered as sold and that you have found a new home. That is wonderful news and we wish you all the best!
