Poor after sale service

Thank you for taking the time to review Eazi Real Estate. We sincerely apologise for the negative experience you had with us. Our clients are our primary focus and we truly value your feedback and take reports of less than satisfactory service seriously. 

We have checked with Brynne and Christel and we understand that the previous owner had a tenant living on the property before you moved in. We are aware that when the tenant vacated the property they had damaged a light fixture and light switch which they agreed to have fixed at their own expense as per the managing agent whom the seller communicated with directly. Unfortunately, we had not been made aware that this had not been attended to. We have contacted the contractors this morning regarding fixing the light fixtures as per communication with the seller. Further, our internal agent, Brynne, has been advised by the seller and has just confirmed with the managing agent telephonically that she has been in contact with you and has resolved all the matters brought to her attention, except for the electrical issues.

We are also aware that you have brought to our attention the status of that about the condition of the property once the tenant vacated. which we had instructed the contractors to return to the property to attend to these items, which as noted above the managing agent has confirmed that these were resolved.

Whilst we acknowledge that we should have confirmed if the light fixture had been fixed, we were told by the seller that the previous managing agent would be handling this and had met with you to resolve the issue.

We are in no way trying to shift the blame, but rather provide some clarification of where things went wrong as well as to convey our understanding of the situation.
