If you are a first time buyer and you see the name of this agency, skip the ad and move on
Rushes you through the viewing and doesn't point out all things which may be good to be aware of prior to purchasing a property. Even if there is a few maintenance work to be had. Advice on that would really help especially if your potential client tells you this is their first time buying and that this whole process is all foreign to him/her. Not enough duration given to sign OTP. Also felt rushed. If you use these people, and are a first time buyer, make sure you are not rushed through the viewing and take as much time as you need to check every section of the property to see if it's really worth the purchase price or even the purchase itself. Asking to come back for a second viewing after signing the otp will never happen. There is always a resistance with an excuse attached. You never hear from your estate agent, only at the end when your keys get handed over to you at the place, and they do not seem to have a strict policy on what state the property is in or was left in when handing over because if they did like other estate agencies they wouldn't have allowed me to even know that it was left in a state as they would've ensured it was cleaned prior to my arrival. If purchasing property is not a new thing to you and you know your stuff then by all means use them but if you are a first time buyer please don't there are much more unpleasant issues I had with this estate agent but it's too much to type. I just want to warn uninformed and trusting people who work hard for their money and cannot afford to waste a single penny and who are first timers buyers to be careful when coming across this agency.

We are aware that you attended an open viewing for the property which resulted in several other buyers attending to view the home in question at the same time. From our understanding of the situation, the agent ensured that all your questions were answered and that time was given to each client to view the property during the time of the open viewing. With regards to additional viewings, we are only able to schedule viewing for properties at a time which is convenient for the seller who unfortunately at the time was out of the country and the agent no longer had keys to access the property.
With regards to the cleaning of the home before the occupation, we always ensure to advise our sellers the clean the house before handover. Unfortunately, this is up to the discretion seller to ensure that the home is left in a respectable condition before they leave and we have very little control over this.
We do understand that you are feeling frustrated and that you felt rushed throughout the process of purchasing your first home, for that we sincerely apologise as this was not our intention at all and we are sorry that your experience with Eazi did not match your expectations.
