Estate Agent of the Year

Where do I begin... For two years on and off during Covid we have been trying to sell our home. Some very nice agents and some really bad so we put it on hold for a while...until I stumbled across EAZI HOMES and most importantly Monica Philander. I could write an article, but will keep it as short as possible. The first day Monica came to our home she was wearing a moon boot after a slight accident. Not ever, through the whole process of showing our home did this ever stop her! Her positive, bubbly personality was everything to me. Never once did she have anything negative to say or point out. She was focused on the end result. I just knew she would sell our home. Her efficiency and pure love for what she does was refreshing and all the while keeping us updated at all times. She puts her heart and soul into making sure everything goes through smoothly so that the client is happy. I now consider her a friend, and will shout her name and EAZI REAL ASTATE from the roof tops when anyone asks me for a referral. Well done Monica and well done EAZI home. Your back office and attention to detail, for me, is miles above the rest! X
