The process is great and Cindy was very helpful throughout the process of selling my property. The photographer is excellent and did a lot of effort to showcase the best parts of my sold property.

I would say that you should go in higher than the recommended price since buyers have a bidding process and it is easier to negotiate from a higher position than from a lower position.

In my contract it was left in that a beetle and gas certificate is required. I had to pay extra to get the beetle certificate done. Although there is no wood on the property just in the roof this was a unnecessary cost. Fortunately I did not have to do the gas inspection, there is no gas on my property.

Other than those points it went smoothly and was a great process. Cindy and the team is a pleasure to work with.
