Disappointing, go elsewhere
My experience with the Southern Suburbs estate agent from Eazi Real Estate was deeply frustrating and misleading. Several material aspects of the property were misrepresented or not disclosed prior to sale. And they were also dissmissive of my concerns and failed to inform the transferring attorneys that the seller had put tenants in the property after the OTP was signed!
After occupation, multiple issues emerged, including cleanliness, plumbing, electrical safety concerns, and a security system that appeared functional but was not actually connected or operational. These matters were specifically raised before transfer and were dismissed or incorrectly confirmed as resolved.
If cost-saving is the goal, sellers may be better off listing privately and engaging a competent professional only for final sign-off. Buyers deserve honest representation and accurate disclosures — this experience fell far short of that standard.

The property transfer was completed and registered in August 2025. Throughout the sale and purchase process, Eazi Real Estate acted within the scope of its mandate and facilitated communication between all parties, including the seller, buyer, and transferring attorneys.
The concerns raised in this review largely relate to property condition matters such as cleanliness, plumbing, electrical items, and security systems. These fall under the seller’s responsibility and were addressed through the appropriate legal and professional channels at the time, including during pre-transfer inspections and handover. The property was handed over in a clean condition, and any issues raised were managed in line with standard conveyancing procedures.
Regarding occupancy, the transferring attorneys and all parties were kept informed, and no material information was intentionally withheld by our agency.

16 Feb 2026, 12:29Yeah, your agent offered no assistance with the seller and would not go collect keys for my contractors to get access. The property was not handed over in a clean condition at all and when I repeatedly raised this I got told that people have different levels of cleanliness o.O
People should rather sell their own homes and get a proper agent to sign off at the end.
