Because of the initial smooth progression with the grant based on the conditions we set, we talked about the introduction of new requirements, including a late-stage bank valuation, as communicated when we were notified by the bank.

The conveyancers have been steadfast in their efforts, consistently pressuring the bond attorneys who, in turn, are actively working to expedite matters with the bank. As we communicated previously, it's crucial to emphasise that neither the estate agent nor the conveyancer could have predicted or prevented these unforeseen events.

I understand the frustration caused by the extended timeline, especially given the original estimate of a three-month transfer process. The team is fully committed to navigating this situation, but unfortunately, our progress is contingent on the bank's response and timelines.
