Bul**** to accept offer!
Eazi real estate . The company that promised to help but 'dumped' me as a client because I didnt agree to the offer that was given. So I contacted Eazi and they were very professional and great to work with. I must say that the agent dealing with us was superb (Nathan you are a star ) I made sure that our house was picture ready and even did some painting and sanded down floors. I have a 359m2 free standing house with boundry wall, 3 bed 1 bath ,garage, undercover carport ,lounge with fireplace, dining area and big kitchen. And a huge back yard. We had a offer and that fell through due to the buyer losing her job- it was a close to asking price offer. Anyway so we got another offer that was R100k less than the asking price and I declined. Thats when Brynne , the team leader of Nathan , called me an politely argued with me saying that my house isnt worth what I am asking for and if I dont take this offer then Eazi Real Estate will no longer be representing me. I was shocked, deeply hurt and very upset. I wasnt going to be bul****! Even though I wouldve saved so much with Eazi's fixed rate, I couldnt be treated like that. Brynne really put me down. Even Angela Desilva, to who I complained to, wished me well but there was apparently nothing she could do. Gee thanks alot for your useless email. So today I was registered with sale of my house for close to asking price, mind you after having 3 banks approve the evaluation price of the house. And the buyers are going for full bond.
Eazi you deserve this 2 stars only because of Nathan. He even sent me a message long after to ask if Im ok and to wish me well.
I will not buy my next property with you. You have lost a very loyal and easy going customer.
We are sorry that you feel that we “dumped” you and that you interpreted Brynne’s valuation of your property to be below what your home is worth.
During the time when you were listed with Eazi, we certainly appreciated your cooperation in making your home clean and picture-perfect for buyers to view - this kind of attention to detail goes a long way! However, from our side, we are mandated to sell your home, and based on our knowledge and experience of your area, we did not feel that we would have been able to sell your home at the price you were expecting. Nevertheless, we are really happy for you that your home has been registered as sold and that you received close to the asking price. That is wonderful news and we wish you all the best!
Kind regards,
The Eazi team
