Worse internet service provider

I would like to say that this service provider is the most horrible I ever came across. We paying for WiFi, however in one month we probably phoned them 3 times regarding no signal or we cannot watch a movie. The last two months has been the worst that i could not even work as zoom meetings just drops as the internet drops. Only after I advised them last month that I will be cancelling my contract they want to send out a technician or something. I'm not interested I have bought over R600.00 of data for last month just that I can work over and above the R780.00 i pay them every month. So Please do not go with this company besides not providing a service now they think I should pay a cancellation fee which I will not as they are in breech of the contract.
