Up and down wireless internet constantly!
I am very disappointed in EasyWeb. I have contacted them countless times in the past couple months with issues with wireless internet constantly up and down. I tried to phone them today as there support should be available until 5PM as it says on their site as I have had no internet the whole day again but I can't get through to their support and I have emailed them with no reply. I even messaged them on Facebook with no reply. They know there are issues lately with the internet but they don't fix it, they just leave the intermittent issues to plague their customers. I wish I had never moved over to them as this is very poor service from a company.

15 Sept 2020, 12:22This issue has not been sorted. I have had no calls from any consultants trying to fix my issue. I emailed last night and got one reply then never got a reply to my next email. This is the poorest service I have ever seen from an ISP. If there is a way I can cancel my contract and rather support another company I really want that. PLEASE contact me and sort out my issue ASAP. I have to work from home and this is becoming ridiculous now!
