The worst ISP by a long shot

I have been on an uncapped wireless contract with Easyweb for almost a year and a half. In this timeframe I have complained a total of 37 times about my line either not working or me not receiving even close to my line speed I signed my contract for. The 2nd last complaint was about extremely inconsistent line speed, where I had the issue on a Friday afternoon and technicians was only sent to my house that next week Wednesday to fix the access point on the roof. So all good and dandy, here I am today, a day later and I am getting a line speed of 0.11 Mbps as opposed to my 2.0 Mbps.

The best part is, when I do complain about my line speed, all I ever get is "we stabilized your line sir, all should be good now". Never an explanation as to why this is constantly happening to me, even though I've asked multiple times in the past.

To people out there looking for a wireless ISP, just look elsewhere.
