Service delivery

I recently reported bad service delivery from Easyweb, however I now have to compliment some of their staff for the service and support they gave to try and resolve my problems with internet access and speed services received. Jason Scheun their technical manager gave us exceptional service and ensured that everything are being sorted and resolved. He deployed a technician "Wesley" to our premises who in his ability performed exceptional. We are still experiencing unstable wifi connectivity but according to them they cannot guarantee wifi speed connectivity. Thank you Jason and Wesley.
