Problems are expected BUT NO COMMUNICATION???
Connectivity issues.... that's all great because I am in IT BUT NO COMMUNICATION as to the progress or non-progress! Nothing at all; that's pathetic. Your customer is small fry (us) so its not important, my customer is an enterprise so I guess that matters more?? NO!!

09 Dec 2019, 08:40I don't see the email. I emails Sean, Support and Nadia. I have been with you guys since 2015/2016 and it was awesome but for months it seems to have slipped. The issue with this is we needed to buy mobile airtime but because of no comes we didn't know how much to buy! So effectively having paid for 2 services but one not able to be used.
