NO WIFI FOR 3 WEEKS NOW!
So when we were looking for a Service Provider for Fibre to the home, EasyWeb begged us to use them, and so we did. Fast-forward and we have not had wifi for almost 3 weeks now. They use Vox as their service provider, but since this issue, both companies are claiming the other is at fault. Horrible customer service, constantly needing us to call Vox, to get us to find out the problem.
