Intermittent internet

I am very disappointed in this company as they claim to have a high up time but they are constantly going down. I have very intermittent internet lately and when I contact for help I get very slow and uninterested service. I was with Vox and they were more expensive but at least they hardly ever went down and when they did it was for 15 mins not hours!
