Easyweb poor service delivery

I signed up for a 50/5 uncapped, unthrottle, unshapped, no buffering, no fair use, etc at Easyweb thinking this is a great deal. Unfortunately this was a disaster, we cannot view DSTV now, showmax, youtube or netflix as it buffers the entire time. During online meetings with our business partners we are constantly disconnected. I have send them the speed test results that we draw from ookla indicating the inconsistent connectivity. They do not respond. I forwarded them an extract from their website indicating that they are brilliant in supplying internet connectivity and that they guarantee their services. This is not the case, stay away from them as they do not supply what you sign up for. I even contacted their head office in trying to get a resolution, but this too was a no-go as they promised feedback and investigation but nothing came to light. They could not resolve the issue so they put the blame of non connectivity to the quality of TV that I have which is a 1 year old Hisense Smart TV, quite obvious they have no clue of how to fix a real problem.
