EASYWEB - *******, STUPID *********** - STAY AWAY!!!!!

Is it at all possible to give negative stars? I'm giving them a negative five. Not only do they not provide after hours support like they promise or provide uninterrupted supply like they promise, but when you cancel your contract with them and they are supposed to come and fetch their equipment, they are too damned stupid to do it and end up trying to sue you for it. They have said to me (unfortunately only telephonically so that I have no proof) that it is INDEED their fault that they have not collected the equipment, have acknowledged that we gave them the requisite month's notice, but they didn't have technicians available at the time before we left the house and acknowledged that we have given them every single possible bit of help to get the equipment from the new tenants, but they are STILL to damned stupid to go and collect their equipment and are trying to sue me for it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE ******* IGNORAMUSES!!!
