Can't even handle crediting accounts properly

Here we go again. Another 1 star review for Easyweb since I can't go lower than that. After months of complaining about horrible service I get told that my account will be credited to compensate for the ****ty service i've been getting. I get an invoice earlier without any credit on file. I called them and was told that credit's don't appear on invoices and I would not be debited the full amount. Needless to say, I was debited the full amount with no idea where these credits disappeared off to. I'm FURIOUS as i've been DIRECTLY **** TO by whoever handled the accounts section on the calls today. I've demanded that all the credited amounts be refunded to me but we'll see if Easyweb can handle a simple instruction like that
