Stop deducting and send me my settlement letter

Am not happy about how easypay suddenly can't answer our calls when we call them it rings and rings but no one answers and it's airtime mind you it's not a toll free number then but when you apply for a loan they bend over backwards to get ahold of you because you qualify for their loan and their so damn nice.

My current issue is that it's been 2mnoths already that I've finished paying for my loan but still money is being deducted and I can't seem to get anyone to explain why...let alone to give me a settlement letter. The office they used to have are not available anymore and the only place to go to is in Heidedal. Where when you get there it's full(understandable) but when printers don't work for you to get a letter and your statements its giving shadiness.

The emails I've sent have not been replies to the *** they gave doesn't work or the client service email it also is automated to reply and say they'll get back to you but nothing.... Why do companies do this to people when we where loyal and transpa6with our payments too. Where is the decenc6to actually do Business in a legit manner? Why???
