Failure to remove my contact number from the Database

Over the past year I have been flooded with sms' from Easypay on an account that has nothing to do with me, well one would hope. I have never opened up any account with these people and am highly frustrated as we live in a world where ***** is an everyday occurance. On the 6th of February 2024 I eventually got through to their 086 contact number as provided on their website after many attempts to reach them their customer service, nevermind their whatsapp contact number which I left a message which has not received a response to date. Fortunately the lady I eventually spoke to was able to confirm that they do not pick up an account using my ID number. I requested that they remove my contact number from their data base, yet today on the 12th February 2024 I still am receiving messages from these people. I have had it with Easypay and I don't want to be subjected to this anymore.
