EasyPay bad service

Long wait forever experience. I needed assistance regarding banking. Called available numbers and waited forever. Tried callback option, when the call eventually gets placed to you, you wait forever for a response from call consultant or call gets dropped. Business very badly run, no consideration to client who has to wait for long periods wasting airtime. There is no easy help options to assist clients. No email address to voice your complaint. The complaints line also takes forever, no response. Help somebidy. Service delivery is pathetic.
