Disappointed by service
I am so disappointed after multiple calls of trying to get help for almost 2 weeks my call has never been returned and the system they use is never updated. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling. It's so hard to recommend this bank to anyone. They only called today and when I pick up they are quiet or drop the call it was only 2 calls and they are shifting the blame saying I disconnected, how will I do that when I need help.
