Unhappy customer
I made 3 withdrawals on Friday firstly a R100 and then a R50 and then again a R100 my withdrawals was rejected due to my banking details. Okay the following day the Saturday morning only a R100 and then a R50 was reversed back into my Easybet Account! I emailed Easybet's consultants and explained my frustration, okay they were very helpful and friendly consultants. I still haven't received my R100 back into my account and now the one consultant told me it was reversed and used when I made another deposit. That is not true because I would have noticed and still I'm waiting on help I do have all the SMS'es and emails and screenshot of proof! Please help!
