Hi Busisiwe,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention regarding your R500 withdrawal via FNB eWallet. We understand the importance of receiving your funds, and we are here to clarify everything for you.

We checked your account and confirmed that your R500 FNB eWallet withdrawal was already approved on 25/09/26 at 12:26:29.

Since the withdrawal has already been approved, this means that the funds have been deducted from your Easybet account and sent to your FNB eWallet. The funds can then be withdrawn at any FNB ATMs using the PIN that you will generate.

Please note that the funds cannot be withdrawn or redeemed via WhatsApp. You will need to use the FNB eWallet service to access the funds.

To generate your FNB eWallet PIN, please make sure that the phone number linked to your FNB eWallet matches the phone number registered on your Easybet account and that you have sufficient airtime.

How to generate your FNB eWallet PIN:

  1. Dial *120*277# using the phone number linked to your FNB eWallet.

  2. Select 1. Get Cash.

  3. You will then receive an SMS containing your PIN.

Once you have received your PIN, you can withdraw the funds from an FNB ATM:

• Go to an FNB ATM and select eWallet Services.
• Key in your cellphone number and the ATM PIN you received via SMS
• Select the amount you wish to withdraw.
• Collect your cash.

If the phone number linked to your FNB eWallet is no longer active or does not match the phone number registered on your Easybet account, you will need to contact FNB eWallet center for assistance with updating the phone number on your eWallet and accessing your funds.

Alternatively, if you would like to have the withdrawal reversed, we can submit a reversal request to OTT, as eWallet withdrawals at Easybet are processed through OTT. Please note that a reversal fee of R11.50 will apply.

I hope this clarifies how your FNB eWallet withdrawal works and how you can access your funds. If you require further assistance or have additional questions, please feel free to let us know. We are here to ensure your experience with Easybet is smooth and enjoyable.
