11 Sept 2026, 21:12Hi there,
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting and frustrating it can be to see your R3,000 withdrawal remain pending, particularly after you had already encountered an error when attempting your initial withdrawal. We appreciate how concerning it can feel when you are expecting your funds to be processed and the withdrawal does not go through as expected.
We would like to provide some clarity regarding the pending withdrawal. For security reasons, Easybet can approve a maximum of two withdrawals within a 24-hour period. If the withdrawal limit has already been reached, any additional withdrawal requests will remain pending until the 24-hour period has passed, after which they can proceed for processing.
This is a security measure app**** to withdrawals and does not mean that your funds have been lost or forfeited. We understand that having to wait can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while the applicable 24-hour period is completed.
For more information regarding our withdrawal limits, you can also refer to our FAQ here: https://easybet.co.za/page/withdrawal/
If you would like us to review the specific withdrawal activity on your account, please reach out to us via email at *** or our Customer Service LiveChat. Kindly provide the relevant withdrawal details so that our team can look into the matter and provide you with further clarity and assistance.
Rest assured that we’re here to help and will be happy to look into your concern. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify the situation and assist you better.
