Bad Service and not trust worthy

⚠️ Be very cautious when dealing with this company. We contacted them for assistance in identifying the problem with our fridge. The technician assured us they could help and came out after providing a quote. Looking back, we should have questioned the R2100 charge—no parts replacement was mentioned. He simply replaced the gas. We paid R500 directly to his cellphone and the balance to the company.

Within a few days, the same issue persisted: the motor would not switch off, which was the original problem. After several attempts to follow up, my calls were ignored. On 2/09/2025, they finally agreed to an appointment for the following day, but no one arrived. I definitely new something was not right, instead of offering help, the technician became offended about how I spoke to him.

Overall, we received poor service, no solution to the problem, and no accountability.
