Worst service I ever had

<p>Joining this holiday club is certainly the biggest mistake we ever made. The service is beyond pathetic. We have been asking for statements since the 1st of February. They fast to take money but not provide a service. Money paid to capital left does not add up. Is it that hard to forward statements that is on record either way. I hope this gets resolved. Im tired of struggling for replies etc</p>
