These guys never have availability! Theres always an excuse on availability, the service is terrible and then when you are able to book something its never where you wanted to go and the place you are given will always be average, I wish we never signed up with them 10 + years ago

Easy Holidays Is Not What They Portray To Be!!!
This company thrives on the fact that they bind a client in a contract that inorder to get out off, the onus is on the client to find a buyer. They never answer their phones. Eg today 12 Oct 2026, @10h03 I called *** Easy Holidays Reservations, response I received, "Not Available!" I then called *** Easy Holidays Bookings same response as above. When I joined Easy Holidays in 2025 ,I just stepped into retirement and paid the full cash amount for the package. Their management seemed so considerate, helpful and accommodating but that was just a facade for them to lure people in. Now I'm stuck with a contract that instead of offering peace and stress free holidays is a nightmare. I'm paying monthly service fees of +/-R1300 pm and I'm benefiting very little from it. Added to that each holiday requires upfront breakage fees... I just disappointed with Easy Holidays 😪

Easy Holidays is a ****, we we lured into signing a contract and when I tried to redeem a voucher they told me bookings were full, they kept on deducting for points I never used and when I wanted to cancel they told me I cannot get a refund or book any accommodation so basically I paid for nothing since I never used any points.
