Worst investment EVER made!

The worst investment ever made! It shouldn't even be called an investment because it's not.

We are paying for a service we cannot use to its full capacity. 2021 bookings opened up this morning, the offices open at 8 am but no answer at 8 am. 3 minutes later there's no availability. You paying for a service where the consultants tell you when you should go on holiday. NOTHING available, "we can't give you access to the change because it's in peak". "Its the week of school holidays, we can offer you 3 weeks later" NO the whole point of having timeshare points is that you have the freedom to book. I get that places get booked out quickly but you cannot send an SMS out saying 202 bookings are open. You open at 8 and nothing is available. Which leads me to believe that there is preferential treatment???

Iv had countless problems debit orders being debit double and the responsibility landing on my shoulders. No one takes responsibility.

I will NEVER recommend Easy Holidays.
