Been reading a few of the complaints on Hellopeter and one comment pops up in each of them! Will tell you everything to make a sale. Also scratched a card and won a so called holiday which ended up being a discount on a holiday... then sat through a 2 hour conversation being assured over and over how Easy holidays is not time share but actually buys complete units making sure it has availability ... according to the sales pitch... better than flexiclub as a reference. one of the so called perks was the last minute holidays... the sales person explained in detail that even if you dont have points left you can still phone as they have last minute weekends and weeks away at greatly discounted prices... illustrated by weekends and 4 night vacations all over the country for between R1700 and R3000 ...

we declined as we needed to think about the proposal as it was a very big investment to purchase points. The sales person then mentioned that there is one more option ... we can sign up for a trial period... this will cost R300 a month and will entitle us to book holidays at discounted rates as explained above... we will also should we not be happy ... be able to cancel the this at anytime and be refunded the money that we have paid... TRIAL!!!! what a load of nonsense... we signed up for this on 3 occasions (in low season) tried to book a weekend away... NO AVAILABILITY ! 1 time the available holiday was for a weekend in KZN and the price was R9000... i can go to Thailand for that Price!!!

After 6 months of trial and not getting anywhere we decided to cancel... firstly we couldn't get hold of anyone... offices closed on Fridays? the sales person who assisted us is not answering our calls and the consultant who we got hold of eventually said that we must prove that the consultant told us we can get a refund...??? when we gave her the details of the sales person she said she will ask the Cape Town office to contact us and no one has up until now!

A lot of people might read this and think we fell for a stupid **** how dumb can you be and yes perhaps we were stupid to expect the sales person to not misrepresent his company like this ... But let this be a warning to other looking at getting into bed with this crowd.... Think twice... think again and then decline! Not worth the time or sales pitch especially if its all lies... Read some of the other negative comments... its the same story over and over!

Have to applaud these **********... clever set up you have ripping people off.... seems like every second person wins the best prize ever valid only if you listen to the bull**** pitch...

Just one thing you need to consider... KARMA IS A *****!
