Very Upsetting

We called Easy Holidays to make a booking for a holiday the gentleman who answered said he was going to confirm and send us an email. We tried to phone him back on friday and it wasn't even haplf past 4 as yet to let him know we wanted a certain kind of room but no answer now when we phone today to ask about the room he says the room is confirmed we cant change it to what we want. I dont understand why we pay so much if we cant have anything we want. I think thats a real waste of money.
