Treated like **** after Declining a Holiday Package offer

We were approached by a gentlemen from Easy Holidays with some scratch cards, we then apparently won a Mid week break for 6ppl & a Boat Cruise for two. We were then taken to the Easy Holiday offices where the whole membership was explained to us, on Declining the offer because of our reasons which we stated to them, we were treated so bad, we were driven to their premises but when we didn't buy their holiday package we were treated so badly that we didn't even feel like going on the Boat Cruise or redeeming their holiday voucher. They do not accept a No well and they treat people so bad, I don't think I would consider using them in the future.
