Thankful for great service

Monique Louw assisted us in in booking our annual holiday for 2020. She found us a great getaway on short notice and were very helpful. She always responded to my emails promptly and has even sorted out an issue we had for 4 years regarding finite points. She was always friendly and spoke to her manager explaining our situation (my husband works abroad and is not home much) and they accommodated us. At last l am feeling that organizing our holidays are infact EASY! Thank you Monique! We appreciate what you do.
