My recent experience with Easy Holidays has reminded me that, even in reputable businesses, there are some employees who mistreat customers or clients, and by so doing misrepresent the business.

I am however forever grateful to Alan who came to my rescue after my cherished investment and membership with Easy Holidays had been unduly canceled.

That reminded me of the first time I was on holiday in Durban on the Easy Holidays point system. The Easy Holidays staff I had been dealing with negligently failed to follow through my booking. As a result, my family and I, got stranded for hours, before getting assistance. You can imagine, all the excitement of being on holiday vanishing away!

It was in the midst of this disappointment that I met Alan, who then went out of his way to make up for his colleague's mistakes. Because of Alan's good representation of Easy Holidays I have and will not hesitate to continue to recommend Easy Holidays to anyone who wants real value for his/her money. My wife and I have already marketed this great establishment to our friends and colleagues. Thank you very much Alan for being a great Easy Holidays ambassador. Thank you for helping me recover my investment with Easy Holidays.
