Superhero Sally

What is there to be said about Sally Govender that has not already been said! What a gem of a woman you have in your midst Easy Holidays! From the first time that I had an interaction with Sally, I knew that she was special. From her professionalism in the way she represents the Easy Holidays brand, to her soft caring approach. She has always had the most patience when dealing with my family and I, from organising the accommodation, to changing dates because the family wanted to stay longer to even changing venues because the family wanted to stay somewhere else than we initially chose. And all of this she did without a hint of annoyance or even a question.... now that is customer service at its finest. Sally has to my family, become somewhat of an extension of our family in some ways, whereby when my wife and kids decide on wanting to have a bit of a break at the last minute, I always ask why didn't they say anything earlier and all they say to me is" just call Sally"..... and as sure as that, I do, and after one call to our superhero, with a silly request, she solves it all, and we off on our break before we know it. I have been dealing with Sally for a number of years now, and I don't know what we would do if she ever left Easy Holidays.... Even when there is no bookings required or anything, she still manages to contact me every now and then just to say "Hi" and find out how my family is doing and if there is anything she can do for us. To think that all this happens over the phone and I have never even met this woman. I could on and on about Sally Govender and her work ethic and all the rest for hours on end, but this review probably has a limit...LOL So in parting I just want to say Thank You Sally Govender, you absolutely are a special one, and Easy Holidays is lucky to have someone like you representing their brand.
