Sad very sad

Easy holiday **** us R10.000 by claiming that we have won a trip after that trip we were told that we cannot book on holiday during school holiday we must book during when school is open when there is no peak hours blah blah we ask but the time we sign rhe contract we stated that every school holiday we take vacation and you said this product is for people like us. Then we tried to cancel the contract only to be told to pay R90 000 first good ppl how on earth because we have paid R10.000 and we have not used it.
