refund recieved

We had to cansel our membership after we realized we could not afford the monthly payments after all. I was worried that we would loose our deposit that we paid up front. But we cancelled within the cooling off period, and for that we had no issue with getting our deposit refunded in full. I did have some mis communication with the first person I dealt with, but that was sorted out quickly and the lady that dealt with me was very friendly and efficent after that. The product is amazing and we hope to become members in the future as soon as we are capable.
