On Monday afternoon I was approached by a young gentlemen on Camps bay beach. He was promoting some sort of promotion the company. He pulled out a few scratch cards out of him pocket and asked my husband and I to scratch. Surprisingly we won the Jackpot prize. He was really kind to my husband and I, and we were really excited about the fantastic prize that we won. He later on explained that we won a fantastic free local stay for 3 days, 4 nights holiday. He later told us that we had to follow him so that we could redeem our prizes. We got to the company which was in the promenade on Camps bay beach, it seemed really busy when we got there, the gentleman told us to hang on he’d get us chairs since they were so busy there wasn’t any place for my husband and I to be seated and he’d get the receptionist to see to us. As we were seated, a lovely young Indian girl approached up, she was extremely welcoming and sweet, she explained how lucky my husband and I were to win their best prize of the day. Later on she asked us to complete a survey to confirm the prizes we have won. So we did, another lady then came to take our form as the other lady was busy with another couple. She seemed rushed and this made my husband and I feel overwhelmed. She quickly ran though a few things on the sheet and said she’d be back... a few seconds later she comes back with the with the “holiday prize” that we won, she ran through everything so fast and when I started asking questions about the holiday she seemed irritated... she eventually started raising her voice in a harsh manner and could not wait to leave so that my husband and I could get away... I eventually gave back the holiday prize that I “won” and demanded my details back. Very poor service at Easy Holidays Camps bay
