Professionalism,friendliness,kindness,care for mys

I went to the office where I'm a member who joined Feb 2015, my partner and I had apparently won a promotional price but we did not qualify to get it according to management as we were told. To think that we wasted our time coming there to be told of things we already know about while we were assured a price left us disappointed and hurt. Even though we did not get our price bt the way Walile handled the matter professionaly is commendable.
