Hi I would like to inform people about the experience that i had with Easy Holiday . Firstly Easy Holiday was over charging me on my account and also on my levies , i picked up the problem after 8 months and i queried the account , they found it was a mistake from their side and had a refund held in my account. 2 weeks ago i found out i was in credit bureau , i was applying for a home loan and was turned down because my name was in the credit bureau , Easy Holiday put me in the credit bureau , my accounts were paid up every month and they owe me money and i do not owe them anything , i emailed easy holiday and asked them why , they put me in credit bureau . i got a call from the accounts department and a lady by the name of Carmen Bibby called me and said that she does not know why they put me in the bureau and said that she will speak to the lady that deals with the account and sort the problem out . i told her that this must be sorted out the same day because my credit rating was down and also the bank turned my loan application down. for something that is not my wrong doing . Carmen said she will sort the problem out and call me back , no one has returned my call and she ignored my email sent to her asking why nothing has been sorted out as yet , i will not deal with this company again and also i need to take action for the pain caused to me by Easy Holiday for wrongly putting me in the credit bureau and causing my home loan to be rejected, please can someone from the public help me sue this company and also i will advise people to stay away from this company they are con artist and beware of their sales tactics and also people which experienced similar problems ,must come forward and report Easy Holiday , and also take action , they are operating as a ********** company , please beware of this company when buying holiday shares.
