Hi Easy Holiday Team - Just a huge shout out to Sally Govender for the exemplary service that I always receive from her. That woman is a superstar and should be known as Mrs Easy Holidays - At least that's what we call her. Ever since the inception of my policy - Sally has always been at our beck and call day or night. Like any person - we tend to leave things to the last second - However one call to the superstar, and she doesn't flinch - in fact the first thing she asked was how's the family, how's the kids and the whole bag lot - that's how well established she is with my needs that before we could even get to the crux of the matter - she knows exactly which places I prefer and that she has availability. That is how in tune she is with her clients needs and I wish all service agents could take a page out of her book. So once again - Mrs Easy Holidays - on behalf of myself and my family - thank you for the personal, efficient and exceptional customer service you provide - I value it tremendously.
