Monique Louw - Breathe of fresh air

It is not often that we get to write reviews of this nature. More so during this difficult time that we as South Africans and humanity are experiencing. I am sure you will attest that service levels across the board have not been ideal.

That said, Monique has been nothing short of phenomenal. My experience with her has always been delightful. She is extremely meticulous and expedites requests with a degree of urgency. She consistently provides prompt and accurate feedback and welcomes queries no matter how simple or complex. Above all, Monique embodies a sense of client centricity not found in many. One always feels their a personal connection when engaging her!

Monique in my view is an asset to not only the Easy Holidays team but to your industry as a whole. It is my sincere wish that Monique is acknowledged for the star performer that she is and that she receives just recognition.
